The subject of the General Terms and Conditions is the regulation of the contractual terms of all contracts of the online shop between the buyer and the collective company AK Rubb Design - Basel, Switzerland. Prices
The indicated prices are in CHF. The prices in our offers and order confirmations are generally binding. The current price quotations apply, plus shipping costs. Any customs duties and customs clearance costs incurred are to be borne by the customer.
Order
By clicking the order button, the buyer makes a binding declaration to AK Rubb Design to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. The contract is concluded by the order confirmation of AK Rubb Design-Shop after sending the order. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address. Without this, the order cannot be processed. The order confirmation will be sent to the buyer by e-mail immediately after clicking the order button. With this confirmation the contract is concluded.
Right of revocation and return
I, Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may revoke their order within two weeks without giving reasons in writing or by returning the goods. Except for productions according to specific customer wishes. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

We will reimburse the shipping costs together with the amount refunded or deliver the exchange item without charging for postage.
IV, If the packaging shows external damage on delivery, the acceptance should be refused with a corresponding note to the postman (if necessary note the name of the deliverer). If damage or wrong delivery is only detected after opening the packaging, please contact us so that we can arrange for a possible return. Under no circumstances send goods back to us freight collect without prior consultation. We generally refuse to accept unstamped shipments.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on whether the ordered goods are manufactured or whether the article is in stock. Items in stock will of course be shipped immediately the next working day. The delivery time is usually about 2 - 3 weeks. In individual cases it can take up to 6 weeks. You will of course be informed by us in a separate personal e-mail about the exact delivery time. In case of partial deliveries, AK Rubb Design will cover the additional packaging and shipping costs.

AK Rubb Design is committed to protecting personal information received via the Internet on our website. The data will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising. Delivery
The shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and depend on the weight of the package, the country of destination and the selected shipping method.
